UrbanCaps reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including:

6. Shipping

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.

UrbanCaps is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

8. Defective Products

If a product arrives damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within 2 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.

Once verified, UrbanCaps will replace the product at no additional cost.

9. Liability

UrbanCaps shall not be held liable for:

  • Misuse of products

  • Indirect damages resulting from the use of the website

  • Service interruptions due to technical issues
