Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable laws in Spain and the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the product must:

The customer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we will replace the product at no additional cost.
To initiate this process, you must contact us within 2 days of delivery and provide clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement.
Change of Mind
Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal within the 14-day period mentioned above. After this period, returns or refunds for change of mind will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.
